Updating to iOS 9: Are You Missing Pages or Keynote Documents? Do Not Panic!

iOS 9 is here with some incredible new features and improvements! As exciting as this is, many students have discovered their Pages and Keynotes documents are now missing post-update. No need to panic, there is an easy fix!

The first step is to open your Settings or System Preferences on your iPad. Once it is open, go to iCloud:

Once you open iCloud, open iCloud Drive:

When iCloud Drive is open, make sure that iCloud Drive is on. On this iPad shown in the screenshots, iCloud Drive is on. If your iPad does not have iCloud Drive turned on, you need to either turn it on or upgrade to iCloud Drive and then turn it on:

Now that iCloud Drive is on, scroll down to Pages on your Settings list and make sure the option for "Use iCloud" is on for Pages:

Do the same for Keynote:

All your documents should be back!
